Screen not working or look bad…

1Why are there numbers on the screen?
The numbers are on the protective film. Please peel it off.
2I installed the screen, but it shows all white (all black, distorted display or lines all over). How can I do to return this screen?
The reasons that cause bad display may vary. It may be the power supply, the settings, wrong compatibility or defective screen, etc. So, please contact our customer support by online chat or email at service@fullcominc.com
3The screen is damaged on delivery. How can I return the screen?
First of all, please keep the box and take a picture of it. We will have to file a claim with USPS. Then, contact our customer support by online chat or email at service@fullcominc.com We will give you the RMA process.
4I haven’t received the screen yet. When can I get it?
We use USPS Priority Mail. It takes 2-5 business days of delivery. We ship your item out within 24 hours, and the tracking number was sent to your email once we shipped the item. If you haven’t got the package 5 days after you made your order, please track your package on USPS website, call USPS or contact us.

1I received the screen, but I decide not to repair my laptop. How can I return it?
Returns due to “purchase in error” or “buyer changed mind” shall come with a restocking fee. The fee may vary from 10%-30% of item price. 1How can I install the screen? Do you have a tutorial?
Check on Youtube. There are a lot of tutorials of replacing screens. Just search for “laptop screen replacement” or “repair laptop screen”.
