Shipping
Cut off time: 11:59 pm (PST). For buyers in the US, orders placed by 11:59 pm (PST) will be shipped out the next day in the morning. All packages go out within 24 hours.
Handling time: 2 business day. All items will be shipped within 2 business day after payment is cleared. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Holidays are excluded.

Addresses we don’t ship to: We ship to your confirmed PayPal address. We are unable to honor address change request after payment has been submitted. We don’t ship to APO/FPO, US Protectorates and PO boxes.

Coverage: Warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Any damages or defects caused by mishandling of buyer are not covered under warranty.
